Job Summary:
The Driver is responsible for efficiently transporting materials, equipment, and personnel to various project sites while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to safety standards. The role requires experience with maintenance companies and the ability to cater to the logistical needs of multiple sites, supporting smooth operations across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Transportation of Materials and Equipment:
   • Safely transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from various maintenance or project sites.
   • Ensure materials and equipment are handled with care to prevent damage during transit.
2. Site Support and Logistics:
   • Cater to the logistical requirements of multiple sites by delivering necessary supplies in a timely and organized manner.
   • Assist site teams in loading and unloading materials at designated locations.
3. Vehicle Maintenance and Management:
   • Regularly inspect and maintain the assigned vehicle to ensure it is in excellent working condition.
   • Report any mechanical issues or repairs required promptly to the supervisor.
   • Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and equipped with necessary tools and safety gear.
4. Safety Compliance:
   • Adhere to all UAE traffic rules and regulations to ensure safe driving practices.
   • Ensure proper securing of materials during transit to prevent accidents or damages.
5. Collaboration with Maintenance Teams:
   • Coordinate with maintenance teams to meet delivery schedules and fulfill urgent material or equipment needs.
   • Communicate efficiently with site supervisors regarding any delays or issues encountered.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and fuel consumption.
   • Submit delivery logs, trip reports, and vehicle maintenance records to management as required.
7. Additional Support Duties:
   • Assist maintenance teams with minor tasks on-site, if required, such as handling or organizing materials.
   • Respond promptly to ad-hoc requests from management to address urgent delivery needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Driver, preferably with maintenance companies or in a similar multi-site logistics role.
• Valid UAE Driving License, with a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with UAE roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Good physical fitness to assist with loading and unloading tasks.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling deliveries for construction, maintenance, or facility management companies.
• Strong time-management skills to ensure timely deliveries to multiple sites.
• Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with teams and supervisors.
• Knowledge of safe material handling practices.

Work Conditions:

• Willingness to work across multiple sites, including urban and remote locations, as required.
• Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends to meet operational needs.
